Here is the official word on the artwork I created for the contest. I would love for any of you reading this to visit the Conference Center in Salt Lake city and view my display and the many other displays there as well.


"I am pleased to inform you that the jury has selected your work of art for the Eighth International Art Competition: Remembering the Great Things of God exhibition to be held at its new venue in the beautiful Conference Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Your work was chosen from among 1149 entries from Latter-day Saint artists around the world. The selected artwork attained a high level of artistic quality and successfully expressed many different aspects of Latter-day Saint experience. Your work will be on exhibit at the Conference Center from March 20 through October 11 2009."
